Our Cape Cod vacation rental homes are located near the beach—about 2 miles from Cape Cod Bay and 2.5 miles from ocean beaches—on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking the Cape Cod National Seashore. The two-bedroom main house, which has been featured in a national magazine and two books, enjoys sunset views and even a peek of 7-mile distant Provincetown from its rooftop deck. The one-bedroom guest house lies down a 150-foot path from the main house. There’s another path from a separate parking area, which is used when the homes are rented to separate guests. This air-conditioned home has a handcrafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a space of their own for older children. Guest House: The informal guest house lies down a short path from the main house. When rented with the main house, this air-conditioned home provides a private place for a nanny or older children; or it allows you to more economically share a vacation with other family members or friends without being on top of one another. It is also available separately and is perfect for one or two adults or even a small family. |

Main House: To capture the best views, the main living area is on the upper level. It includes the living/dining great room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, laundry and screened porch. The porch, with 18-ft.-ceilings, enjoys a nice valley view. Exterior stairs lead to a "widow's walk" rooftop lookout.
On the lower level, there's a queen bedroom suite with a spacious, sunny bedroom and a beautifully tiled bath. |
