The 600-sq.-ft. Guest House has ceiling fans and operable skylights that usually keep the home comfortable in summer but, if needed, the home has whisper-quiet air conditioning. The Living Room entertainment center includes a stereo, 42” LCD TV, DVD/CD player, PC computer and DIRECTV satellite receiver. The dining room, which has maple butcher block dining table for four, enjoys a nice view,
The Loft Bedroom has a closet, a small desk, dresser, small closet and queen platform bed. A queen-size sleep sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping suitable for a child or two.
The compact, but family-tested Kitchen features a tiled floor, brick-red concrete countertop, a premium quality gas range, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, plenty of storage, cooking utensils and dishes. Sorry, no dishwasher. The Bathroom has a tile floor and shower, pedestal sink, aromatic cedar walls and speaker.
Outdoors, there’s an open shower on a small private deck, outdoor dining table and chairs on a stone patio, and a gas grill. |
