WEEKLY RATES 2009-2010 SEASON Off-Season (10/17/09–5/28/10) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend
2010-2011 SEASON High-Season (6/26 – 8/27) House & Guest House: $3200 House: $2400 Guest House: $1200 Low-Seasons (5/29–6/25 & 8/28–10/15) House & Guest House: $2000 House only: $1400 Guest House only: $900 Off-Season (10/16/10–5/27/11) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend
Security Deposit We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details)

During the high and low seasons (late May through mid-October), our houses are available on a weekly basis, Saturday-to-Saturday, checking in after 3 PM and checking out by 10 AM. In the off-season, only the main house is available but you can start and end on the days you choose. To check availability just click on the appropriate link or image below. |

TO MAKE A TENTATIVE RESERVATION: · Check availability calendars (above) · Read our RENTAL AGREEMENT · Send an e-mail indicating the week or other time period you want, the house or houses you want and the number of adults and children in your party · Also include your name, address and whatever phone numbers you wish to share and, of course, any questions you may have As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will complete a Rental Agreement and e-mail it to you. |
