Low-Season (8/27 to 10/14)

Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000; Both Houses: $2100   

Off-Season (10/15/11-5/25/12 except Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Main House: $975 or $600 min. for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 min. for up to 3-nights; Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights.

2012 SEASON
High-Season (6/23 to 8/24)
Main House: $2500; Guest House: $1400; Both Houses: $3500   
Low-Seasons (5/26 to 6/22 & 8/25 to 10/19)
Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000 Both Houses: $2100   
Off-Season (10/20/12 to 5/24/13, except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Main House: $975 or $600 min. for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 min. for up to 3-nights; Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights.

MH $1200 ($133/night); GH $800($89/night); Both Houses $1600 ($178/night)

Min. stay: 4 nights

 

Security Deposit
We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details)

Last Minute Special

 Take 20% off any High- or Low-Season weekly stay booked within 13 days of the check-in

During the high and low seasons (late May through mid-October), our houses are available on a weekly basis, Saturday-to-Saturday, checking in after 3 PM and checking out by 10 AM. The homes are also available in the off season (3 night minimum) but you can usually start and end on the days and times you choose. To check availability just click on the appropriate link or image below.

TO MAKE A TENTATIVE RESERVATION:

· Check availability calendars (above)

· Read our RENTAL AGREEMENT

· Send an e-mail indicating the week or other time period you want, the house or houses you want and the number of adults and children in your party

· Also include your name, address, home phone, any cell numbers you wish to share and, of course, any questions you may have

As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will complete a Rental

Agreement and e-mail it to you.
