The spacious living/dining Great Room has a soaring 18-foot cathedral ceiling and lighting that is programmed for various activities. The view above is from dining area toward the kitchen and arched opening to master bedroom. Dine at the roomy maple dining table or eat informally at the spacious island counter or on the screen porch. Enjoy the quality audio system or watch satellite TV and videos. (Bring your CDs, DVDs and video tapes. Use our PC computer or bring your laptop. We have High Speed Internet WiFi and free telephone long distance to USA, Canada and Mexico.) Off the living room, there's a large screened porch and a stairway to the rooftop deck.

The nicely equipped Kitchen has Corian counters, dishwasher, gas cooktop, convection and microwave ovens, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and a generous supply of utensils and dishes. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet and stereo system speakers. The beautifully tiled Master Bath features a whirlpool shower/tub, stereo system speakers and a skylight. We supply bath linens (and some beach towels, too). There's a full-size washer dryer at the head of the stairs, where it's convenient but out of earshot .

The Lower-Level Suite, with 10-foot ceilings and lots of windows, has a spacious bedroom and a tiled bath that features a clear-glass corner shower and pedestal sink. There's a TV unit, DVD player and DIRECTV satellite receiver. The suite's queen and optional roll-out twin cot offer flexible sleeping accommodations.

Outdoors, there's an enclosed outdoor shower (with a view!), charcoal and gas grills, a picnic table, and a hammock for two.
