WEEKLY RATES FOR THE 2008 SEASON

High-Season (6/28 - 8/29)

House & Guest House: $3200 House: $2400 Guest House: $1200

Low-Season (5/31-6/27 & 8/30-10/10)

House only: $1400

Off-Season (10/11/08-5/29/09)

House only: $975; or $600 for up to 3-night weekend

Ask about discounts for stays 3 weeks or longer and about long-term off-season guest house rental

Security Deposit

We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement).

Last Minute Special

Take 20 percent off any high- or low-season weekly stay booked within 13 days of the check-in date.

Our calendars are updated when a reservation deposit has been paid. This means that a week the calendar shows as available may have a tentative reservation. If that turns out to be the case, we'd be happy to let you know when that reservation has been confirmed or cancelled. Although cancellations of confirmed reservations are rare, we do occasionally get them and, on request, we are always happy to contact you if the period you want becomes available.

During the high and low seasons (late May through mid-October) our houses are available on a weekly basis, Saturday-to-Saturday, checking in after 3 PM and checking out by 10 AM. The rest of the year you can start and end on the days you choose. You have the option of renting main house only, the guest house only or both houses. Send an e-mail indicating the week or other time period you want
Tell us the house or houses you want
How many people in your party? Any young children?
Your name, address and whatever phone numbers you wish to share
Any questions

As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will complete a Rental

Agreement and e-mail it to you.

TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION:

Print, sign and date the Rental Agreement
Mail the first two pages along with your Reservation Deposit (50%) as soon as possible. We accept personal checks, bank checks, money orders and PayPal transactions.
Send me an e-mail indicating the day you mailed the agreement & payment.

When I receive the agreement I will sign it and e-mail a copy for your records. I will also e-mail a reminder a few days before any balance is due.
